• Account Data: Names, email addresses, usernames.
• User Contributions: We collect the text prompts, image uploads, and 3D scene data you create. These are processed by our AI to generate your 3D outputs.
• Payment Data: If you make purchases, we collect data necessary to process your payment (e.g., payment instrument number), which is handled by our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

2. How Do We Process Your Information?

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law.

AI Model Training & Improvement: We may process de-identified, anonymized User Contributions (such as prompts and the resulting 3D meshes) to refine and train our generative AI models.

Privacy Guardrail: We do not use personally identifiable information (such as your name or email) to train our models.

Opt-Out: You may request that your User Contributions be excluded from AI training by contacting us at legal@orio.games.

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Data?

We may share your data in the following situations:

• Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
• Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who perform services for us, such as cloud hosting (AWS/Google Cloud), payment processing, and email delivery.
• Legal Obligations: We may disclose information where we are legally required to do so to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, or judicial proceedings.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., tax or accounting requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 13, please contact us.
